As a customer, you have a 14-day right of return. Please email info@quellavane.com to request your return form / return instructions. Please note: Sale items / used items cannot be returned.

Products must be returned to our address and will be given by our support team once you contact them at support@lunavestra.com

As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs for any return. Please provide the package with a track & tracking code to ensure your package arrives correctly.
